The AmbTu<\/strong> team is made up of multi-talented professionals from the fields of social sciences and finance, highly specialized in the planning, acquisition and management of public and private resources. Our history<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

After many years of experience in the field of SSE, the co-founding partners of AmbTu<\/strong> detect a great need and demand in this sector, especially from entrepreneurs: to have support, accompaniment and training adapted to their needs that allow them to obtain more economic resources to increase the social impact of their projects and activities and, at the same time, help them to better manage the resources obtained. The AmbTu cooperative was created in August 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, as a result of a desire and motivation to help society progress towards a fairer, more caring and more sustainable economic model.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Rebeca<\/mark> Segura Alonso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A graduate in Journalism from the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona, with a Postgraduate Degree in Management and Administration of Non-Profit Organisations from the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya). After working for 9 years in various media, since 2011 he has been working in the social and solidarity economy sector, promoting and coordinating entities and teams in this field. In his career, he has specialized in the collection and management of funds for the development of international cooperation projects, education for development, socio-labor insertion, community action and social economy, as well as in the definition and strategy of projects with social impact. <\/p>\n\n\n<\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/a>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Albert<\/mark> Mora Paretas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A graduate in Law with an extraordinary mention from the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona, and the holder of a Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy and Management from ESADE and a Master’s Degree in Agri-Food and Environmental Economics from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He has been working in the financial-economic field since 2008, and specialises in accounting and taxation. After working in tax and accounting consultancy in a multinational for seven years, he has been specialising in the management and coordination of projects in the social economy and the agri-food sector since 2015.<\/p>\n\n

With intermediate level vocational training in Commerce and Marketing at the Proven\u00e7ana Secondary Institute in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. Through the 30 Plus (+) program, he arrived at AmbTu where he discovered the third sector, cooperativism and the SSE and found a place that fit with his values. Her employment experience takes in the areas of customer service, administration and accounting. Since 2021, he has specialized at AmbTu in grant research and management.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/path><\/svg><\/span><\/a>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Lina<\/mark> Ram\u00edrez Monsalve<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A graduate in Anthropology and History from the University of The Andes in Colombia, with a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management from the University of Barcelona. He has extensive experience in regional revitalization, especially in municipal projects of a cultural, artistic and community nature in various neighborhoods of Barcelona and its metropolitan area. He has been working in the management of cooperative projects since 2018. He joined AmbTu in 2022 and specializes in supporting social projects, planning, research and management of subsidies, public tender processes, as well as processes related to the governance and care of entities.

Alessia<\/mark> Palermo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graduated in Psychology from the University of Padua, Master in Social, Work and Communication Psychology. Since 2020, she has accumulated experience in project management, through the coordination and collaboration in numerous European projects. Specialized in the coordination and monitoring of projects, accompanying the process of drafting, application and implementation of projects, in the development of training courses for different vulnerable recipients (young people at risk of social exclusion, people with disabilities, the unemployed, caregivers), conducting training courses, coaching and education. <\/p>\n\n

Graduated in Business Administration and Management and Tourism, Paula has recently completed her university studies. With a great interest in social economy, numbers and the positive impact on people, she joins AmbTu to specifically develop a financial education project in schools, as well as to support the economic-financial area of \u200b\u200bthe entity. <\/p>\n\n

Graduate in Political Science and Administration from the UAB, with a postgraduate degree in Culture of Peace from the UAB, a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the UOC and a postgraduate degree in Social Economics from the UAB. He has experience in community intervention and mediation in international projects such as the peace process in Colombia or local projects in Barcelona (Ciutat Vella district). Since 2020 he has been linked to several collective and cooperative entrepreneurship projects, connected to the agricultural sector, developing especially the areas of marketing, education and training. <\/p>\n\n\n
